Well-written and insightful. I’ve been increasingly anxious about this lately. I feel like we’ve become too divided and reality is being deconstructed on a daily basis almost. I feel crazy haha. But I have to remind myself that being aware isn’t all bad. Maybe in moderation. I know that writing is my therapy, a way to maintain control of something, even if it is fictional in my case. I’m personally a big fan of those optical illusion images. Apparently they have something to do with the right / left hemisphere too. I’m definitely going to look into Iain McGilchrist. He seems like a cool guy
