I have been waiting patiently for another article ever since the last one! Might even like this one more than the last. I am petrified of stepping even one foot out of my comfort zone. It’s terrible. What do you do to get yourself out of that state?

First of all, thank you for your support! I really appreciate it. To answer your question, I’ve been trying to become more stoic in my approach to everyday life. It’s very easy for me to slip into a nihilist mindset, which, as you may know, reduces everything to something useless and unworthy. I now see that this was only me being scared of the uncertainty of life! Now, to answer your question, I am trying to change this destructive mindset by putting myself in uncomfortable situations. Nothing dangerous, just pushing myself to do the things which I wouldn’t do if I were running on my default setting. Cold showers, writing without checking my phone/without distractions, exercise, etc. Basically holding myself accountable for my actions, and coming to realize I am in charge of my life.

Hope that answers your question, at least on a superficial level! Thanks again for your support!
